1. Strong Technical expertise in PHP
2. Good Coding Skills in the PHP platform
3. Good in Creating tables, standards-compliant markup that works across all major browsers
4. Good understanding of PHP Frameworks (CakePHP,Zend , Symfony, Code Igniter)
5. Good understanding of E-Commerce (ZenCart, Magento)
6. Good Understanding of Java Script
7. Basic Knowledge of AJAX
8. Good Understanding of Web Content Managements Systems (Word press, Joomla, Drupal)
9. Good understanding of Object Oriented Programming experience in PHP
10. Good Debugging and Trouble Shooting Skills in PHP
11. Good Experience in developing and designing large web sites using PHP
12. Understand and follow Quality Standards with respect to – :
• Coding Standards
• Testing of Code
• Code reviews
• Unit Testing Skills
13. Meet the project deadlines efficiently
14. Fundamental understanding of Software Development Life Cycle Management
15. Good understanding of Low Level Design Documents
16. Good Understanding of various Data Base Technologies & SQL Query Optimization
17. Mentor juniors in the project and do Peer Code reviews
