Question1: what does robot.txt do?
Answer 1: A file written and stored in the root directory of a website that restricts the Search Engine spiders from indexing certain pages of the website.
User-agent: *
Disallow: /cgi-bin/

It will restrict all the bots to crawling /cgi-bin directory.

Question 2: what is XHTML?
Answer 2: XHTML stands for Extensible hypertext markup language. It is a W3C standard and it is stricter and cleaner compare to HTML 4.

A document is XHTML compatible if they follow below set of rules

1. Doctype is mandatory
2. All empty tags should be close i.e. <br> is empty tag it should be <br />
3. Attribute names must be in lower case and must be quoted
4. The id attribute replaces the name attribute

Question 3: What is cURL?
Answers 3: cURL –‘client URL Request Library: curl is a tool to transfer data from or to a server, using one of the supported protocols (HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, FTPS, SCP, SFTP, TFTP, DICT, TELNET, LDAP or FILE).
